The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (“AODA”) is the law that sets out a process for developing, implementing and enforcing accessibility standards. Hepburn Engineering Inc. (“HEI”) is committed to meeting the objectives and requirements under AODA and has established an Accessibility Policy and Multi-Year Accessibility Plan (“MYAP”) outlining our strategy to prevent and remove barriers impacting persons with disabilities.
